In addition to this, iReadIndies is committed to promoting diversity and removing barriers to access so that all members can benefit from opportunities the collective provides. iReadIndies values the presence of diverse perspectives in the world of indie self-publishing and is dedicated to reflecting that diversity in its own endeavors so all members are given the chance to thrive and find support.

​Taking action when this policy is not adhered to, which will include reevaluating procedures and making changes that support a diverse environment, as well as issuing warnings or removal of individual members when necessary

Providing members with the opportunity to give feedback or report breaches of this policy, with an option to contact iReadIndies anonymously
